Make Sure:

  1. Mobile’s Bluetooth is ON.
  2. Smart Device is working with Remote.
  3. Smart Device is in Setup Mode.

Make sure the Smart Device is in Setup Mode.

Press the setting button (Near Red Button) on Remote 10-12 times (until all switches are ON), then press All OFF or LOCK Button for device reset.

Our device works only with 2.4 Ghz. Band. So make sure your Wi-Fi router or mobile hot-spot is set to 2.4 Ghz. Band.
