Shantaliving Technologies Solution’s products are backed by a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
Within this period, if any defects in workmanship occur, you are entitled to either a repair or replacement of the purchased product, or a similar one if the original is unavailable.
This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser of the Shantaliving Technologies Solution product and cannot be transferred. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or packaging slip, is mandatory for warranty validation and service.
All warranty claims must be directed to Shantaliving Technologies Solution. We reserve the right to inspect the product to ascertain whether the issue is due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Damage resulting from attempts at self-repair or repairs conducted by non-authorized service providers.
Failures or damages caused by misuse, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environments, power surges, or usage not in accordance with the product information guide.
Damages caused by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.
Products damaged during shipping or shifting due to insufficient or improper handling, unless handled by the company itself.
Failures or damages caused by third-party products.
Failure to make payments for the product, resulting in the lapse of guarantee/warranty coverage.
