Make Sure:
- Mobile’s Bluetooth is ON.
- Smart Device is working with Remote.
- Smart Device is in Setup Mode.
Make sure the Smart Device is in Setup Mode.
Press the setting button (Near Red Button) on Remote 10-12 times (until all switches are ON), then press All OFF or LOCK Button for device reset.
Our device works only with 2.4 Ghz. Band. So make sure your Wi-Fi router or mobile hot-spot is set to 2.4 Ghz. Band.
